The Vice President of Programming is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the chapter’s events and functions throughout the year. The Vice President of Finance serves as the chapter’s chief financial officer, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the long-term stability of the chapter. Entrusted with managing the budget, he allocates resources wisely to support recruitment, programming, member development, and other chapter priorities.
This officer is charged with maintaining accurate financial records, collecting dues, and ensuring that all obligations to the university, vendors, and the national Fraternity are met. Transparency and accountability are central to his work, as he helps brothers understand the importance of financial responsibility and ensures chapter funds are used effectively.

The Vice President of Communications serves as the chapter’s chief information officer, lead storyteller, and primary guardian of both the chapter’s and the Grand Chapter’s brand. He is responsible for shaping how the chapter is perceived internally by brothers, externally by the campus community, alumni, and prospective members, and across all digital and in-person platforms.
By leveraging tools such as the chapter website, social media channels, newsletters, and other communication platforms, the Vice President of Communications ensures that the chapter’s achievements, events, and values are effectively highlighted. This officer plays a vital role in building engagement, promoting transparency, and maintaining a positive reputation for the fraternity on campus.
Beyond simply sharing information, this role involves strategic messaging—crafting stories that reflect the chapter’s culture, inspire brotherhood, and attract potential members. Chaplain
Aidan Bieger
The Chaplain is entrusted with the care, protection, and proper conduct of the Fraternity’s Ritual, serving as a guardian of Sigma Phi Epsilon’s traditions and values. In addition to overseeing ritual integrity, he leads the chapter’s judicial branch, ensuring that all members are held accountable to the principles of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love, as well as the broader standards of membership.
The Chaplain’s role is both disciplinary and supportive. He addresses violations of chapter policies thoughtfully and fairly, while also recognizing and reinforcing positive behaviors and actions that reflect the fraternity’s values. By promoting accountability alongside encouragement, the Chaplain helps foster a culture of integrity, respect, and personal growth.
Through his guidance, the Chaplain ensures that brothers not only uphold the highest standards of SigEp but also develop a deeper appreciation for the fraternity’s traditions and the lifelong lessons they impart. The Vice President of Member Development plays a central role in shaping the fraternal experience of every brother. This position is responsible for overseeing each member’s personal, academic, and professional growth, ensuring they are supported during one of the most formative times in their lives.
At the heart of this role is the Balanced Man Program (BMP), which serves as the foundation of a brother’s journey. By designing and executing a structured development plan, the Vice President of Member Development ensures that brothers have access to continuous learning opportunities, mentorship, and challenges that help them grow into well-rounded men.
This officer not only manages the membership experience but also plays a vital part in building chapter culture and leadership strength. Through careful planning, goal setting, and collaboration with other officers and mentors, he helps establish a positive environment where brothers are engaged, accountable, and committed to living out SigEp’s values.
