New York Iota is proud to announce that brothers Chapter President Nathan Errington (pictured left) and Vice President of Finance Ravind Raipen (pictured right) have been selected to attend the Frank J. Ruck Leadership Institute this summer. Their selection marks a historic moment for the chapter, as it is the first time two brothers from New York Iota have been chosen to participate in the prestigious leadership program in the same year.
The Frank J. Ruck Leadership Institute is one of the premier leadership development opportunities offered by Sigma Phi Epsilon. The intensive five-day program brings together some of the fraternity’s top rising undergraduate leaders from across the country. Hosted at the Fraternity’s headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, the institute focuses on developing principled leaders through personal reflection, leadership training, and a deeper understanding of the Balanced Man Ideal.
Participants engage in workshops, discussions, and collaborative learning experiences designed to strengthen their leadership abilities both within the chapter and beyond the college experience. The program emphasizes the values of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love while preparing attendees to return to their chapters ready to lead with purpose and vision.
Nathan and Ravind have both demonstrated outstanding commitment to the success and growth of New York Iota through their leadership and service. Their acceptance into the Ruck Leadership Institute reflects not only their individual dedication but also the continued progress and strength of the chapter.
The entire New York Iota brotherhood congratulates Nathan and Ravind on this well-deserved honor. We look forward to seeing the knowledge, perspective, and leadership they will bring back to the chapter following this impactful experience.
