This past weekend, the New York Iota undergraduate executive board proudly represented the chapter at the annual Carlson Leadership Academy in Columbus, Ohio. The Academy provided an immersive leadership experience focused on strengthening chapter operations, accountability, and personal development, while also encouraging collaboration with brothers from chapters across the country.
Throughout the weekend, the executive board participated in hands-on workshops and discussions designed to sharpen leadership skills, improve communication, and reinforce the values that guide Sigma Phi Epsilon. These sessions equipped the officers with practical tools and fresh perspectives they can immediately apply to better serve the chapter and its members.
Representing New York Iota from left to right were Vice President of Recruitment Will MacAlpine, Vice President of Finance Ravind Raipen, Chapter President Nathan Errington, Vice President of Communications Zachary Rivera, Vice President of Programming Max Osborne, Vice President of Member Development Evan Czosnyka, and Chaplain Jordan Drake. Together, they exemplified the chapter’s commitment to leadership, growth, and continuous improvement.
