As the term of the President of the Alumni and Volunteer Corporation (AVC) for the New York Iota Chapter Kyle Stolt comes to a close, his tenure is celebrated for its remarkable achievements and leadership. Based in San Francisco while guiding a chapter on the East Coast, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead across distances and set a new standard for remote leadership.
Throughout his term, Kyle made significant strides in enhancing the chapter’s operations and outreach. He revitalized alumni engagement through regular virtual meetings and mentoring sessions, ensuring a strong network between past and current members. His use of technology streamlined chapter operations, allowing for effective management and engagement despite the physical distance. Kyle joined our AVC back in 2019 as Chapter Counselor and in 2022 took over as AVC President. During his time as Chapter Counselor along with previous AVC President Sean June they helped keep the chapter alive during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Under his guidance, the chapter rebounded after the COVID-19 pandemic, and helped the chapter form better financial habits . No matter how far the distance Kyle always made himself available to lend a helping hand.
His leadership not only advanced the chapter’s mission but also inspired new approaches to managing a fraternity from afar. As he concludes his term, the New York Iota Chapter is well-positioned to continue building on the solid foundation he established, celebrating a legacy of progress and innovation. His impact will be felt for years to come, demonstrating that effective leadership knows no bounds.
